What nutrients do broad beans contain?
Rice protein (RP) is a general term for proteins derived from rice, which is generally found in rice processing byproducts. It has the characteristics of balanced amino acid composition, easy digestion and absorption, and low allergy, and is a high-quality dietary protein. Compared with wheat and corn proteins, rice protein is low in allergy and easy to digest, and is recognized as a high-quality dietary protein.
Nutritional properties of rice protein
(1) Low antigenicity. Relevant studies have shown that rice protein has the characteristics of low antigenic activity and is suitable for use in food for infants and the elderly.
(2) Balanced amino acid composition. Rice protein has a high absorption and utilization efficiency in animals, with a biological value of up to 77, and its nutritional value is much higher than that of plant proteins such as corn and wheat. The amino acid composition of rice protein is balanced and rich in various essential amino acids required by the body. It is close to the ideal model recommended by WHO/FAO (1973), with a high lysine content and more than 80% alkali-soluble glutenin.
Application direction

In addition, rice protein can be degraded into short peptides or amino acids to make amino acid nutrient solution with extremely high nutritional value, which can be used in health drinks, condiments, etc.
